First of all – a huge welcome to Year 6 and to Class 11 and Class 12! We would like to take this opportunity to welcome both you and your child into Year 6 and the final year at St George’s! It promises to be an exciting and eventful year.

Over the following academic year, the teaching team in Year 6 will consist of Robert Horne, Georgina Berry and Naomi Harrison. We are excited by the opportunities and challenges that we will face this year and are very excited to get stuck in! The Year 6 team will also include Carol Fairhurst, Julie Turner and Jackie Wignall who will support your child’s learning. 

The class curriculum map can be found below and this will give you all the information you need to know about what your child is learning. 

PE day for this half-term is a Friday. The children can come into school wearing their school PE kit.
