W.E. 26th May. Final week of term 3a

What a glorious week - well done everyone, and thanks for a great half term.

What a great achievement!! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒ

Well done to all the children who took part in the Get Active 3km run today! Thank you to the staff and parents who joined us, offered encouragement and created a wonderful atmosphere.

There will be a similar club running next half term for Year 5/6, so keep an eye out for the form this week if it is something you would like to take part in. It has been great fun. This running club is just one activity that has helped us achieved PE Gold Award for teh 2nd year running.

πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ Class 7 Eurovision morning πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡ͺ

On Thursday, children in Class 7 will celebrate their Eurovision topic by having a morning filled with carousels of activities related to the winning country Sweden. Children in Class 7, if they wish, can come to school dressed in blue and yellow.

Afternoon lessons will remain the same so still bring your ukulele!

Mrs Makepeace.

Class 8

This week has seen Ascension day, the day Christians celebrate Jesus ascending to heaven 40 days after Easter.

I thought I’d share one of class 8’s stop motion projects that they have been working on in their computing lessons.

Well done kids πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Class 5
