A couple of quickies

Apologies to Class 3 parents - parental assembly was on the webcal..... it came upon us a little, so we took it off.... we should have text you; apologies.

Please, and forgive my patrony, be very mindful when driving past the school, or performing a manover. There was a very near miss this week with a car reversing - a kid came very close to getting knocked over, and that would be awful for everyone.

If you're having a clear out of any games, jigsaw puzzles or colouring pencils then Late Stay and Breakfast club would really appreciate them.

Due to parents evening the following clubs are cancelled. Tennis club, dance club, ukulele after school club and Y4 booster class.

A brilliant effort from year 5, the year 5 staff, and Chorley SSP on the bikeability course this year (although I must admit, it seems to have gone on for ever!)  The course was hugely successful, and all year 5 learned a lot, exercised and had fun! Great to see year 5! Very well done indeed. A massive thanks also to CSSP (Chorley school sports partnership) who are a tremendous support for Chorley schools, they really do offer a great service, and enhance the work we do in schools. This year the SSP have supported us in our:

They really are a great group of people….. Who add value to the kids experiences! Well done, and thanks everyone.

All the very best folks, and have a great weekend. Andy
