Welcome back to what is always a lovely half-term, the days are getting longer and the daffodils and snow drops are making their appearance. It is a great time of year, full of new beginnings and exciting things.

Andy will be at Mossy Lea for the first two weeks of term meaning Michelle will resume the role of Head of School supported by Rob, Nic and Louise. We are experience long term sick absence at Mossy due to COVID and are working together as a collaboration to cover. After the two weeks, if the member of staff at Mossy is still poorly, another member of staff will go to Mossy to cover.

It appears the website isn't happy to let us upload images today so this week's newsletter will be text only... we are in touch with them trying to resolve the issue.

Parents Evening

Parents Evenings will be held on Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th March. We will follow the same hybrid approach as we did in the Autumn term with 16th being face to face appointments and Thursday being via zoom. Booking has not yet opened, booking will open via Scopay on the 9th March at 11am.

PGL - Year 6 parents

Year 6 are off to PGL very soon (13th May). We are now being asked by the company to pay the invoices for the trip. However, there are many payments still outstanding. To ensure this residential can still go ahead, please begin to pay for this trip via your Scopay account. If you are unable to pay, please contact school.

Christianity Explored

Christianity Explored is an informal and relaxed six-week course. It's for anyone who wants to think about the meaning of life, and it is completely free.

You don't need to know anything about the Bible and you won't be asked to pray or sing.

You can ask any question you like or you can just sit and listen. It’s for those who don’t know anything about Christianity, or those who want a refresher on the basics.

Begins: 7.30pm on Wed. 20th April.

Keep an eye out later in the week as the curricular letters and homework menus will be coming out.

As we head into another busy half-term, please keep in contact with us. If something is niggling, please get in touch before it bubbles up into something bigger that brings stress. When we can work together to support each other and keep lines of communication open, everyone benefits.

Look after yourselves and have a lovely week,
