This event will take place between 10:00am and 12:00pm on 22/10/2021

Dear Parent, 

If you would like your child to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school please follow this link to complete an online consent formhttps://www.nhsimms.uk/FLU/information?Id=119466&Type=FLU

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on Friday 22nd October. The link will close on  Tuesday 12th October.
