Flu vaccines for pupils.

Dear Parent,   

If you would like your child to receive the nasal flu vaccine in school please follow this link to complete an online consent form. The link contains the consent form and additional information such as FAQs regarding the vaccine

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on Friday 21st October, the link will close on Tuesday 11th October.
