What a wonderful day we have had today, everyone has had fun, overcome challenges, learned new skills and worked and talked together reflecting on all the things we have to be grateful for.

Here is a small snapshot of our day.

Look out for our gratitude tree which has 313 “leaves” with all the things we are grateful for.

Year 2 have been creating our very own promise box. The children have designed the box themselves and filled it full of inspirational quotes and quotes which speak of hope. We will open 1 scroll every day in class, to spread kindness, encouragement and joy

Year 1 worked together to solve problems in our team games for our spirituality day. We thought about how we needed to work together and think about others in our group to complete our activities successfully.

Year 1 have been thinking about spirituality with nature. We went on a nature walk and created artwork using leaves

What a brilliant time we have had with our Spirituality day! We created our own personal Mandala artwork, played 'trust games' and placed our work on the school's Gratitude Tree to show what we are thankful for.

Year 6 had an exciting morning learning how to do Calligraphy writing as part of our Spirituality day!

Year 3 have had a brilliant morning playing trust games as part of Spirituality Day. Team work, communication and perseverance was needed throughout. Well done everyone!
