Welcome to Class 6,
Welcome back to the Summer term. I hope you all had an exciting Easter break filled with fun! The children have come back refreshed and ready for another exciting half term in Class 6. It has been great to welcome the children back into school and see the enthusiastic start they have made to the new term.
Our topic this half term will be ‘Could I be a world-wide explorer?’. This is based around our Geography topic: ‘The Whole World’. The children are always enthusiastic when they talk about where they have already travelled to and where they would like to go next! Our work in some other areas of the curriculum is also linked to our topic, including designing and creating a sandwich in DT.
We are also excited to be taught by SSP in our PE lessons each Thursday. We will have fun as we develop our putting and chipping skills in our Tri Golf lessons.
