Autumn 1 

First of all – a huge welcome to Year 6! We would like to take this opportunity to welcome both you and your child into Year 6 and the final year at St George’s! It promises to be an exciting and eventful year.

Over the following academic year, your child will be taught by Tom Norris (Class 11) and Georgina McVittie (Class 12). We are excited by the opportunities and challenges that we will face this year and  are very excited to get stuck in! The Year 6 team will also include Carol Fairhurst and Robert Horne who will teach Year 6 on a Wednesday afternoon.

All of the Year 6 team are incredibly excited for the year ahead, teaching your children who have made such a positive start to their time in Year 6! We have lots of exciting new topics to look forward to kicking off with, “WWII and The Battle of Britain”.
